By accessing or purchasing from lufalight.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

Products & Pricing

Prices for orders shipped within Canada are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). For orders shipped to the United States, prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable US duties, taxes, and import fees calculated at checkout — the total shown at checkout is the final landed cost, and no additional customs charges will be collected upon delivery.
We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error on your order, we will contact you before processing.

International Orders (United States)

Orders shipped to the United States are processed with the assistance of our international commerce partner, Global-e, who calculates and collects applicable duties, taxes, and import fees at checkout, handles currency conversion to USD, and facilitates cross-border shipping and returns on our behalf. By placing a US order, you agree that Global-e may process your order and shipping information solely for these purposes.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, errors in pricing/availability, or other reasons, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.

The Solaris9 BK300 contains a regulated UVB lamp. Use strictly according to the included instructions and exposure-time guidelines. Misuse of UVB devices can cause skin and eye damage.

Shipping, Returns & Warranty

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada, and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, for customers in Canada. For customers in the United States, these Terms are additionally subject to applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
